Ingredients

- 1. Butternut squash- 2 cups cooked and mashed.

- 2. Powdered sugar- 1 cup (or 1 cup of sugar alternative+1 tsp corn starch)

- 3.Flour AP- 3/4 cup

- 4. Vanilla extract- 2 tsp

- 5.Cocoa powder- 1/3 cup

- 6.Baking soda- 1/4 tsp

- 7. Salt- 1/4 tsp

- 8. Chocolate Chips- 1/4 cup (can use sugar free)

- 9.Butter- 2 tablespoons softened

- 10. Eggs- 3

- HOW TO MAKE THIS

- 1. Preheat your oven to 350 and prep your pan well for nonstick.

- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine together the flour, powdered sugar (or substitute), cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Set this aside.

- 3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt your chocolate chips and butter.

- 4. While your chocolate is melting, add the vanilla to the butternut squash.

- 5. Stir in the melted chocolate to the mixing bowl with the dry ingredients. Then mix in your eggs.

- 6. Now add the prepared butternut squash and mix until blended.

- 7. Bake for 25-28 minutes- a toothpick should come out with a few crumbs on it when done.
