Antioxidant Blend Greek Yogurt Float Parfait

This float parfait is a fun way to enjoy fruit.
You could make it in small cups for kids to enjoy as a dessert or snack.
I like to make this float parfait for my friends using fun glasses.

Remember when we use to make floats using ice cream?

Thankfully, we do have other options these days.

You could use the usual vanilla ice cream that you would normally see in a float. Or, you could use Greek Yogurt. I used fresh yogurt which required me to freeze my float for an hour prior to adding the 'fizz'.

This recipe is per serving.
