I love Hummus.
I like to eat it on crackers. I like to eat it with veggies. I even like to throw some in a salad or eat is alone.

Hummus isn't that hard to make.
I like that hummus is a perfect dip to bring to a party.

Hummus is also low in fat. Wikepdia says that hummus is full "of vitamin B6, manganese and dietary fiber (table). It is a good source (10-19% DV) of protein, vitamin C, folate, phosphorus, iron, zinc, copper and sodium (table). "

You'll need a food processor to make this. You could probably get away with using a blender such as a Vitamix.

There are many versions of hummus.
A lot of people seem to like hummus made with red peppers. I enjoy a garlic and lemon hummus. I like the way these to tastes work with one another.

This recipe is made with no added sugar. You will need some tahini- which is sesame paste. Find some that has no added sugar, which should be easy to do.
