Have you noticed that there is a pumpkin flavor for about anything lately?
I know it's definitely the season when I see mixes for pumpkin muffins, pumpkin bread, and pumpkin cookies.

So, I thought, is there are sugar free pumpkin muffin out there?

Sugar Free Pumpkin Muffins

I will make this with as little added sugar as possible to keep it sugar free.

Here is what you will need for this

Pumpkin puree is the way to do this. Make sure that you are using pumpkin puree as this should have no added sugar.

I also like to use silicone cups the are also reusable.
They look like this
And can be found on Amazon muffin

Baking Essentials Silicone Baking Cups, Set of 12 Reusable Cupcake Liners in Four Colors. I use these for Muffins, Gelatin, Snacks, Frozen Treats, Ice Cream or Chocolate Shell-lined Dessert Molds. They are Non-stick.
I also like to use Granite Ware Muffin Pans
