Sugar Free Hazelnut Spread/ Copycat Nutella

Sometimes, I get a bit jealous of all of the people who like to share the hacks they use with their hazelnut spread. I have yet to find one that is sugar free. So, I went out and made my own.

Sugar Free Hazelnut Spread

I love that now I can try the hacks that other people share now that I have a sugar free alternative.

This is my sugar free version of the popular hazelnut spread Nutella.

What you will need for this recipe

I roasted raw hazelnuts in my toaster oven.

It's okay to buy the raw hazelnuts. You can roast hazelnuts yourself in an oven or toaster oven by placing them on a baking sheet at 350 for 15-18 minutes. Halfway through, shuffle the hazelnuts around a bit. When they are done, allow to cool and then carefully remove the shells.

I also used my Vitamix Blender. You can use this or a food processor.
