Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
  • Amount- Depends on pretzel size and shape Pretzels
  • 1 tsp- can sub in other extract for taste Vanilla Extract
  • as needed Optional items such as chopped nuts or coconut
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Using a double boiler, or mock double boiler,bring water to a boil.Simmer the water and then place the chocolate chips and extract on top. Melt the chocolate stirring constantly.Using tongs, dip each pretzel into the melted chocolate and then place on the waxed paper. Sprinkle on optional toppings.Allow the pretzels to cool. You can refrigerate them for at least a half hour or until the chocolate has set.Store in an air tight container or bag.

  1. I make these and use white chocolate also but I never made sugar free one. They are easy to make. You can also add sprinkles on them for the holidays too (not sugar free tho)
