Blue Cheese Butter on Grilled Tuna Steaks
Blue Cheese Butter on Grilled Tuna Steaks

We love grilling up tuna steaks on our indoor grill.

I can't get over how delicious these steaks are. We put a bit of 'Blue Cheese Butter' on the top of the tuna steaks just before we pull them off of the grill.
There is something really interesting about the taste that a mound of blue cheese adds to the tuna. It sure smells great too!

Blue Cheese Butter Topping

We love this on tuna steaks but, you can use this on steaks, chicken, or even crackers.

Blue Cheese Butter Topping
We love adding this to our grilled meals just before we remove them from the grill. This tastes really good on top of tune steaks.
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles-we like ours on the chunky side
  • 1/2 Cup Softened Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Ranch Dressing
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash if needed to attain your desired consistency. If using on a grilled item, apply to the top side on the final flip and allow to sit for a few minuted until warm. I will make a slit in my grilled items and fit some blue cheese butter into that too.
