Pico is great with chips, on a burger or even in a salad.

I prefer my pico with no peppers while others in my home like their Pico hot.

Pico de Gallo has like every healthy thing that you could imagine in it.
Yet, it is easy to make and there really are only a few ingredients.
Ingredients
  • 6- chopped small Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 medium or equivalent chopped Onion- Red, Yellow or Green
  • 1 cup chopped Cilantro Leaves
  • 1/2 squeezed Lime
  • 1 no seeds and diced small Optional- Jalapeno
  • to taste Optional- Seasonings such as garlic powder, salt, celery salt, multi-seasoning
  • 1 minced Optional- Garlic clove
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large bowl one at a time.Mix together.Cover and set in refrigerator for at least 30 minutesEnjoy!
