Easy Vanilla Pumpkin Cake That Will Impress

I was experimenting..again... in the kitchen when I came up with this idea.
What would happen if I added pudding to my pumpkin bread?

When I started out with this recipe, I was aiming for a bread. But, when I tasted this, it tasted more like a cake. You make it and decide for yourself what it is.
