Easy No Bake Granola Bites
This offers a healthy and great burst of energy making it ideal for those of us heading out for some kind of a walk or workout (think soccer or softball treats as well!)
  • 1 cup Granola
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter- some prefer crunchy in this
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup -optional, you may also need 1 tbsp of milk with these Raisins, Chopped Nuts, Flax Seed
In a large bowl, combine your honey , Vanilla and peanut butterGently stir in your granola and then any optional ingredients. Using a spatula may work best to stir.If your mix becomes dry due to additional ingredients, add a bit of milk a drop at a time until able to form into 1-1 1/2" ballsYou can flatten each ball or simply leave them roundChill in a refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
